Rusty's blend of entertainment is a perfect
addition to any campus activity. The Dimension of Illusion can be
adapted to be appropriate for any venue (from Street Magic at an
outdoor festival to an illusion show in an auditorium), and for any
crowd (from Sibs Weekend to a senior-only event).
THE FIRST DIMENSION - CLOSE-UP / STROLLING MAGIC
The First Dimension can either be close-up magic
for students seated at tables, or strolling "Street Magic" at
festivals. The audience will witness magical effects right in
front of their eyes. Using common items such as cards, coins and
rubber bands as well as borrowed objects, Rusty will leave your
students laughing, and scratching their heads. Show Length: 2 hour minimum.
THE SECOND DIMENSION - PLATFORM MAGIC
This 60 minute show is perfect for smaller venues
with or without an elevated platform. An ideal showcase for The
Second Dimension would be a dining hall, student union, dorm lobby, or
auditorium. In this show Rusty uses music, sound effects, his
flair for comedy combined with great magical effects to develop a
strong rapport with the audience. This show could be described as
a cross between magic and stand-up comedy. Show Length: 60 minutes.
THE THIRD DIMENSION - STAGE MAGIC
In The Third Dimension Rusty is joined on stage by
his lovely assistant. With her help and a state of the art sound
system, Rusty uses hot, current music to dazzle the audience with
larger effects and grand illusions. This is a full-blown Vegas style
illusion show, but with all the comedy and audience participation woven
in. Show Length: 90 minutes.
